So, what's really involved with a bathroom reno?

Short answer - it depends. This reno involved sledgehammering and removing the existing bathtub to create a double-occupancy shower area, and that tub was no joke! The rest of the bathroom footprint remained the same, but all the elements were upgraded. Beyond the double shower with a new floor-to-ceiling side window, the entire sink cabinet area was removed and a new custom maple and zebrawood modern floating cabinet was installed topped off with granite vessel sinks. The water closet even got an upgrade with moroccan lighting and wallpaper, while the shower and sink walls got their jewelry with glass mosaic tile. Finished off with a porcelain floor tile and new wall paint - this bathroom went from builder's grade, 'eh' to custom Huh?-designed 'wow!'
