Southwestern Nouveau Fireplace

From Ho Hum to Bring Me Some Rum

Challenge: The fireplace was fine. Sometimes fine isn't enough. The room needed a facelift and the fireplace was the focal point. New tile and a new solid surround mantle was the solution.

Solution: The old tile was removed and new 4x4 handmade Southwestern tiles were put in featuring three hand painted accent tiles along the top. Then the entire fireplace was surrounded by a new solid mantle and finally, the designers from Designing for the Sexes brought in the rest of the room's elements for a truly fantastic finish. Now to sip some rum by the fire, ahhhh.
