What is furniture really all about? And what's your flavor?

I LOVE tools. I love the smell of fresh cut wood, the sound of a table saw riping a 1x8, the feel of freshly wirebrushed metal... Does that make me odd?

I think one of my absolute most favorite things is being able to sketch out an idea on paper and then go into my workshop and build it and watch it come to life. At the end of the day I can see tangible results of my efforts - and that feels fantastic!
