Bring the entertainment outdoors

Challenge: Wow! They actually grew cotton in this Southern backyard before I got a hold of it. The small 2 bedroom/1 bathroom house was cute and really had all the interior space the couple needed. But when they had summer parties, they wanted a place for their friends to gather.

Solution: After the cotton was picked, harvested and woven into sweaters (a woman's work is never done) I designed this extra large exterior entertainment haven. The deck consists of two levels, built-in lighting, built-in bench seating and of course, copper sunburst railings. Why be boring? The neighborhood is an artsy-eclectic area and there was plenty of yard to work with, so this puppy ended up at 25' x 30' - now that's a party!
